Kameron McBride has been the Wildcat head coach since 2016.  He is an teacher in the English department where he also is in charge of directing the drama club.  Coach McBride graduated from Ball State University, where he played on the club soccer team.

Before coming to Lawrence North, McBride spent his early years coaching in Delaware County.  His first job in coaching was an assistant at Muncie Burris High School in 2011-12, where he helped the team win their first two sectional championships in school history.  He became the head coach at Muncie Burris at 2013.  In his two years as head coach, the team posted a 28-4-3 record.

McBride then took over the head coaching role at Yorktown High School in 2015.  Taking over a team that went 4-13, he led the Tigers to a 9-7-2 record and an IHSAA sectional championship. He has also coached at Delaware County Futbol Club (DCFC), where he served as coaching director, and at FC Pride, winning numerous tournament and division titles.

Lawrence North is coming off an appearance in the IHSAA sectional championship game after beating township rival Lawrence Central and MIC rival Warren Central.  The program has sent 7 players to college in the past four years, including three currently competing at the Division-I level.
